All staff receive a minimum of 26 days holiday (pro rata), which increases the longer you work at Better Connect. Bank holidays are in addition to this, meaning all staff get at least 34 days off each year.

After 3 months of service, all staff are automatically enrolled in our pension scheme with the People’s Pension. The People’s Pension offers a range of investment options, including an ethical fund.
We offer enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave for every member of the team welcoming a new addition to their family.

The appointment of a Director at Better Connect is for a three-year term, with the option in the future to renew for up to two subsequent terms of three years – if you have enjoyed working with us and wish to continue!
