As part of the Better Connect rebrand, we need to make the transition over to using our new email addresses: xxx@betterconnect.org.uk
As our computer logins are tied to our yourconsortium.org email address, this does leave some scope for things to break but when testing, it seems that any issues that arise are not hard to fix.
Don’t worry, if someone emails you on your old email address, you will still receive the email, when you next respond it will be from betterconnect.org.uk.
After your email address has been changed (happening on the evening of the 20th of July), next time you log in you may need to use your new email address as your username.
It is the same as your old email but with just @betterconnect.org.uk at the end rather than @betterconnect.org.uk.
Once logged in, OneDrive may pop up to say that it is not logged in, click “login” and use your new email address and old password to login (if you don’t know your password, Sam, Alex or Chris V will be able to assist with resetting).
Before sending emails with your new @betterconnect.org.uk email, you must setup a new Outlook profile.
