Jacky and Joe from Better Connect had the pleasure of taking part in Pro-Developments 6 month Inspiring Leaders Programme and absolutely loved the experience, finishing their course today they had to share a final presentation about what they had learnt!
Jacky shared a few words about the course below..
” I learnt a lot from the Inspiring Leaders Programme with Pro-development. The content and delivery were so engaging and I can honestly say it’s the best course I have been on. I have learnt a lot about myself and my own leadership style as well as how to help others achieve their goals, what makes a great team, coaching, communicating and lots more. My knowledge along with my confidence has grown throughout the process and I am now equipped with a lot of helpful tools and techniques which I can use going forwards. It was a thoroughly enjoyable, inspiring and engaging course”
