Better Connect are tendering for a final project evaluation for our Action Towards Inclusion (ATI) programme.
ATI is part of Building Better Opportunities, a national programme funded by the European Social Fund and the National Lottery Community Fund.
What is the ATI Programme?
ATI is a £13million programme taking place across York, North Yorkshire and East Riding, providing support to those furthest from the labour market by offering tailored mentoring support to those who are out of work, alongside delivery of high quality interventions that support people’s health, skills, finance and employability. ATI is delivered by a partnership of 30 locally based delivery organisations, mostly from the VCSE sector. Since 2017, ATI has supported over 3,500 individuals, many of whom have progressed into positive destinations including employment, education, training and job-search, as well as learning new skills, gaining confidence and overcoming barriers.
The Opportunity
ATI comes to an end in Summer 2023 and we are looking for an organisation to complete a holistic evaluation of the programme from January-July 2023. We want to gather interesting and insightful feedback from our programme data, from participants, delivery partners and stakeholders that enable us to assess the programme’s impact and value, and to support us in learning lessons for future programme design and delivery.
